The Summer of M.O.R.E. is a series of thematic educational experiences that are exciting for students and incorporate real world problem solving along with targeted reading and writing skills to help in preparing them for returning in the fall. The Summer of MORE is running as two sessions of two weeks during the month of July. The first session is from July 6-15 and the second session is from July 19-29. The elementary school program will be located at New Kent Elementary School and the middle school program will be at New Kent High School. The elementary program will run from 9:15-12:15 and the middle school program will run from 8:00-11:00 each day.

Session 1:
Tuesday, July 6 – Thursday, July 8
Monday, July 12 – Thursday, July 15

Session 2:
Monday, July 19 – Thursday, July 22
Monday, July 26 – Thursday, July 29

Program Times:
Elementary: 9:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Middle: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

This opportunity is open to all New Kent students in Kindergarten through 8th grade who are registered to attend school in the 2021-2022 school year. There is no tuition and transportation and lunch will be provided for all attendees. Students may be registered using the online form on the website and linked below. Paper copies of the registration form may also be picked up and submitted at each elementary school and the middle school.
